Flash Challenge - 1.1

Story takes place in a diner and a waitress is 8 months pregnant and working crazy hours. Your a single lonely guy walking in for a bite to eat, and the waitress takes your order.

Finish the story, make it unique. Is the guy going to ask the waitress out? Is the waitress even single? What are the names of the two people. What is the name of the diner?

Re: Flash Challenge - 1.1

Sammy was sitting at the table, waiting for the waitress to take his order. As Sammy waited, he noticed the waitress was at least 8 months pregnant, and dead on her feet. Their was nobody around to help her, and the diner had a full house today.

Finally, the waitress walks over to Sammy and kindly asks what he would like. Sammy eyed the waitress noticing her name tag read, "Amy." Sammy smiles and says, "Amy, I would just like a black coffee, and a cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard and pickle."

"Will there be anything else?" asked Amy.

"No, That will be all." answered Sammy.

Amy smiled at him, though her expression seemed to tell a different story.

"Alright, I will place your order." said Amy as she started to walk away.

"One more thing if its not a bother." said Sammy.

The waitress stopped and turned around to face Sammy, but didn't say a word. For Sammy was still sitting at the table, but held a napkin up that read, "Wanna go out sometime."

Amy smiled once more and said, "Do you really want to go out with a big pregnant woman like me? Its pretty obvious I'm seeing somebody isn't it?"

"I don't believe your seeing anyone right now, answered Sammy." "If you would have stayed alittle longer to let me explain myself, then you wouldn't have to leave. I'm sorry."

Amy stood there once more, eyeing the man up.

"I'm standing here, explain." answered Amy....
